During the approximately 90-minute architectural tour, we take a walk around the entrance area of the ECB, part of the former wholesale market hall. You can also take a look into the hall of the ECB tower through a glass wall. The tour ends in the exhibition on the history of the 'Euro'.

On this architectural tour you will learn about the origins, history and architecture of the Grossmarkthalle and its architect Martin Elsässer. We will inform you about the ECB, one of the seven institutions of the European Union, give brief key words about its origins and explain in detail the architecture and functional areas of this European headquarters.
